This policy covers purchases made through aifranchise.ai, including the AI Franchise Masterclass, order bumps, upgrades and Partner Licences. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Cooke Media Ltd, trading as AI Franchise.
1. The $27 Masterclass: 180 day money back guarantee
The $27 AI Franchise Masterclass is backed by our NO BS Guarantee. If you are not pleased, message our support team within 180 days of your purchase and we will return every penny of your $27. No forms, no hoops.
2. Order bumps, upgrades and one time offers
Order bumps, upgrades and one time offers (including the 50+ Proven Portfolio Offers, Viral TikTok Slideshows and IG Follow Hijack, and the Done For You Pack) are digital products with instant access. Because you receive the full product the moment you buy, these purchases are non-refundable.
3. Done for you installs
Done for you install services are non-refundable once our team has started work on your install. If you ask us to cancel before work begins, contact support and we will review your request.
4. Partner Licences
Partner Licences (Partner, Installed Partner and Private Partner) are covered by the licence agreement you sign before you pay, and that agreement controls if anything here differs. You get instant access to digital products and material that cannot be returned, so once your portal access is given the Fee, including every payment plan payment and every renewal Fee, is non-refundable for any reason.
Each licence renews every 12 months and the renewal Fee is charged automatically to the card on file. To stop the next renewal, email hello@aifranchise.ai at least 72 hours before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current year runs to its end. If you chose the 3 payment plan, all three payments are owed once the first one clears.
5. How to request a refund
Message the support chat inside your portal (1-1 chat and email support, there are no support calls), or email support@aifranchise.ai from the email address you used to buy. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the funds.
6. Access after a refund
When a purchase is refunded, access to that product inside the portal is removed.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
